Our Early Bird Fit Club circuit classes are ideal if you are looking for a whole body approach to fitness. "Rise and Shine its Exercise Time".

Our Early Bird Fit Club classes aim to suit all abilities, at a time to suit you. Early Bird circuits target the full body giving you a total workout. You will sweat! You will work hard! But the results will be worth it.

Ideal to use as part of a weight loss program our Early Bird Classes are guaranteed to help you shed the pounds.

Each circuit class is designed to challenge and motivate you. Offering a variety of training techniques using a range of equipment, body weight and effective cardio. BOREDOM isn’t an option!

Want to improve fitness, build strength and lose weight? Then CIRCUITS are for you.

Information and top tips:

  • Make sure you bring plenty to drink, hydration is vital when exercising
  • We provide all the equipment, but if you would prefer you can bring your own exercise mat.
  • Make sure you wear a good pair of supportive sports shoes. Wear comfortable clothing that wont restrict movement.
  • Bringing a small towel is useful when your working out.
  • All sessions are planned so you can work at YOUR own intensity, as long as your working hard we're happy!
